Trey Peppers is the founder and owner of Blitz Broadband and holds an MBA from Mercer University. Building on his family’s 35-year telecom legacy, he specializes in aerial and underground fiber-to-the-home deployments across rural and underserved areas in the Southeast. Since launching Blitz Broadband in 2020, Trey has expanded the company’s services and now leads multiple splicing crews under long-term contracts, combining field expertise with a solutions-driven approach to broadband buildouts.
Brad Gruno
COO - Blitz Broadband
With over 30 years in telecom, Brad Gruno has led large-scale fiber builds connecting major cities along the East Coast. His experience includes power line and railroad easement projects. After founding his own company, later acquired by MasTec, he consulted for Quanta Services, gaining deep expertise in broadband deployment, directional drilling, permitting, and engineering. Brad has managed numerous turnkey projects from design through construction and continues to deliver full-scope long-haul solutions for clients.
